Con­s­truc­tion manage­ment (work pha­ses 8 and 9 accor­ding to HOAI) for a new con­s­truc­tion pro­ject with an order value of € 1.55 mil­li­on for the new “ref­ri­ge­ra­ti­on cen­ter” at the Daim­ler plant 54, Rastatt

Ser­vice elements:

  • con­s­truc­tion site clearance
  • Relo­ca­ti­on of buried sup­p­ly media – such as hea­ting water, drin­king water, indus­tri­al water, sprink­ler pipes and pipes for com­pres­sed air
  • Relo­ca­ti­on of 2,800 m steel cold water pipes as pre­insu­la­ted pipe (KMR) DN 450, 100 m pre­insu­la­ted pipes DN 300 and 450 m in pre­insu­la­ted pipes DN 200 (com­ple­te­ly underground)
  • New con­s­truc­tion of a total of 5 shaft struc­tures, the tech­ni­cal­ly deman­ding plant con­s­truc­tion (DN 15 — DN 450)
  • New buil­ding of a con­nec­ting struc­tu­re and a com­ple­te buil­ding equip­ment for the inte­gra­ti­on of the newly built coo­ling infra­struc­tu­re net­work in the deman­ding plant con­s­truc­tion of Daim­ler fac­to­ry pre­mi­ses 54, Rastatt
  • Manu­fac­tu­re of an effec­ti­ve “Arma­flex” — cold insu­la­ti­on for all non-buried pipe com­pon­ents to achie­ve an effec­ti­ve cold loss minimization
